I’m seeing pumpkins. A smart alternative to this overly-associated-with-Halloween-orange selection, white pumpkins add seasonal appropriateness to your inside arrangements. The look can be sophisticated, fun and gives a way to change up your space without being so theme oriented. Some of those examples are kinds of pumpkins which are naturally whitened; others have been painted to get an even whiter effect.

This is completely modern through and through. You’ve got the traditional mod pairing of white and black, with the stunning white “Silver Moon” pumpkins lining each side of the staircase. The key to make this seem so fresh and striking is that every one of the pumpkins are the same dimensions; the symmetry and simplicity create quite a statement for a fall event.
Here, flat matte craft paint has been used to coat everyday orange pumpkins. We’re calling these “ghost pumpkins.” Paired with the wispy white flags overhead, this is ideal for a sophisticated tablescape or centerpiece.
